Lew Kellogg was named the new Director of Energy Services, effective May 1, 2018. Kellogg has served as the Interim Director of Energy Services since January 2018.
He brings with him more than 20 years of experience, having started his career as an engineer at the Brunswick Nuclear Power Plant and later as Director of Technical Services for Duke Energy. Kellogg has served the University in various roles since 2014, including, and most recently, as Special Assistant for Campus Enterprises.
As Director of Energy Services, he will oversee teams that produce and deliver the University’s supply-side thermal energy utilities and electricity, reclaimed water, non-potable water and stormwater systems, and that manage relationships with the local utility that provides water and sewer services to the campus.
